Description of the service

- 1 deal per person, feel free to buy more to give away

- Can not be combined with other offers. During your visit with us, the following applies:

🔸️ Payment takes place before starting treatment or consultation.

🔸️ Read the conditions carefully before booking. If treatment cannot be carried out due to mentioned contraindications, the visit is charged at full price.

🔸️Make sure to arrive in good time for your treatment. If you arrive late, there is a risk that your treatment cannot be carried out. No exceptions are made.

🔸️Please come without make-up or remove make-up before your treatment. Ev. make-up removal and toilet visits as well as payment are all included in your booked time.

🔸️Treatments are not recommended for colds, fevers or inflammations.

🔸️We cannot accept children and strollers at the salon. No companions in the rooms.

🔸️For everyone's well-being, food, drink or shoes are not allowed inside the salon and treatment room.

Cancellation policy
- We understand that life can sometimes get busy and unpredictable, but please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. We require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to give us enough time to fill the available time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up at your booked time, we will charge 50% of the total amount.

- We do not accept cancellations via SMS, e-mail or telephone. Cancellation must be done independently online. You can log in to your account where you can see all your bookings with us and choose which time you want to rebook or cancel.
